Organize PDF lets you fix a document's pages in one place: turn sideways or upside-down pages the right way up, move pages into a new order, and delete the ones you don't need. You see a preview of every page as you work, and the changes are saved into a new PDF. Everything happens in your browser, so the document is never uploaded.
How to organize a PDF
- Drop your PDF onto the tool or click Choose file.
- Rotate any page with the left and right arrows under it, or use Rotate all left or Rotate all right for the whole document.
- Move a page with the arrows on its card, or click Reverse order to flip the whole document.
- Delete a page with the × button on its card.
- Click Save PDF, then Download PDF.
The number in each card's corner is the page's new position. The number underneath is where the page was in your original file, so you can always tell which page is which. If you lose track, Reset puts everything back as it was.
Rotating pages without losing quality
Every page in a PDF has a rotation setting that tells PDF readers which way up to display it. When you rotate a page here, the tool changes that setting rather than redrawing the page. That means:
- There is no loss of quality. Text stays sharp and selectable, and images aren't re-compressed.
- The rotation is permanent. It's saved in the file, so the page shows the right way up in every PDF reader, in browsers, on phones and when printed.
- It's different from rotating the view. Most PDF readers have a rotate button that only turns the page on your screen. Unless the reader saves the file, the next person to open it sees it sideways again.
Rotation works in 90-degree steps, which is what sideways and upside-down pages need. Straightening a scan that's slightly crooked needs a different kind of tool.
Reordering and deleting pages
Scanners and phone scanning apps often produce pages out of order. A common example is a double-sided document scanned as all the fronts and then all the backs. Move pages with the arrows on each card. If your scanner saved the document last page first, Reverse order fixes it in one click.
Deleting a page only removes it from the new file you save. Your original PDF is never changed, so you can always start again from it.
What's kept and what isn't
Pages are copied into the new PDF exactly as they are, so text, images, page sizes and website links are all kept. A few document-level features don't carry over to the new file:
- Bookmarks (the outline in a PDF reader's sidebar).
- Fillable form fields, which may stop being editable. Fill in and save a form before organizing it.
- Accessibility tags used by screen readers.
- Links that jump to other pages in the same document.
For scanned documents, invoices and most everyday PDFs, none of these matter.

Organize PDF FAQ
How do I rotate just one page of a PDF?
Click the rotate arrow under that page until it's the right way up, then save. Only that page changes; the rest of the document stays as it was.
How do I rotate a PDF permanently?
Rotate the pages here and click Save PDF. The rotation is written into the file, so it stays rotated wherever the PDF is opened.
How do I delete pages from a PDF?
Click the × on each page you want to remove, then save. To remove a long run of pages, it can be quicker to extract the pages you want to keep with Split PDF.
Will organizing a PDF reduce its quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, and rotation only changes a setting, so text and images are untouched. The new file is usually about the same size as the original, or smaller if you deleted pages.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Not directly. Open the file in your PDF reader, enter the password, and save a copy without protection. Then open that copy here.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is opened, previewed and saved by your own browser. Nothing is sent to Lembog or any other server.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The tool works in mobile browsers. For long documents with hundreds of pages, a computer is more comfortable, because every page is shown as a preview.
